In the past two weeks up to tonight, I've taken over the role of Snug in Midsummer, auditioned for two professional shows, damaged my car, paid a shitload to fix tires and will play a shitload more, been keeping correspondence with my comic artist as she makes revisions to the pages we're working on, been working to edit the Tammy story to a short and concise version while simultaneously been working on ways to expand it to a full book AND Tammy has enthusiastically given me the go-ahead to use her real name but let's just see what she thinks after she reads the story, then I've been seeing a doctor for my eyes and am waiting to hear back from her to get an appointment with a specialist ASAP, did not get the role at Studio but did get the role with Trumpet Vine, had my first-read through tonight and discovered that this will be my first ever paying acting gig (I'm playing the gay boyfriend), which means that I think it'd be best if I dropped out of Midsummer which means I've totally been worrying about pissing everyone off but have been assured it's ok, then my comic store finally joins the 21st Century and gets a bar code scanning register which means we've spent all day today doing tedious soul-crushing inventory, and now I just get an e-mail that a friend of mine who's also a bestselling author and well-known but controversial comic writer may be offering me an internship position this summer, but we'll see how the hell *that* one pans out, and I've been wasting many a precious hour of late talking with a ladyfriend, which really is the best kind of time wasted, is it not?
