As to decent Scott-ization, The latest example I recall was the arc *directly* after House of M. I haven't read much of since then, although I hear it's been weird. And of course there's the Warren Ellis run on.. I can't remember which X-men title, but y'know, RAGING fanboy here. Warren Ellis is my internet jesus. He gets almost everything right.

I do agree about Joss' run as well though, I liked that.

Back to Hal, you're right. Altough I haven't read much Hawkman, I've preferred modern Adam Strange. The Rann-Thanagar war stuff is excellent.
