Looks like the animation style of the people who did "The Nightmare Before Christmas." Is it like TNBC, in that Burton's concept is being developed by a non-Burton production crew, or is he directing this?

It's the animation style, but according to imdb.com he's co-directing it. I think it's the same screenwriter of TNBC as well.
