For those of you non-WACers out there (mostly Rudes peoples), I present to you this magnificient nugget of happy. A handful of folks here in Middle Hall saw the film "Excalibur" for their Arthurian Lit class, and were astounded by how ridiculously bad/stupid/unintentionally funny it was. Being bored college students, they decided to remake the entire film in 2.5 minutes, set to Carl Orff's "O Fortuna."

The results are truly spectacular. And, I suspect, better than the original movie.

The conception of Arthur was especially good. For me, that was always the funniest scene in the original. Dude. Does anyone REALIZE exactly how heavy plate armor is? It's a good seventy pounds on average. Not that plate armor of that type was remotely period. Add that to sweating man warrior who's apparently freed his willy with a can opener, and you've got a recipe for unhappy sex.
