pilgrimage to hippietown

Let me tell you, an eleven hour flight (including connecting flights) will seriously make you reconsider splurging for first class. And then you remember why that shall not be when you're fixing a lunch of trail mix and a can of mushroom soup.

I have arrived safely in Seattle, by the way. Oh Seattle, I could really come to love you if you stepped up your theatre scene. For a whole town of artists and hippies, the theatre community seems very small, especially compared to DC. But I'm instantly more comfortable when I arrive amid the sea of multiple piercings and honky dreadlocks.

I have multiple goals here, so hopefully at least one will pan out. Once my brain wakes up. Nap now.
