thehefnerI'm feeling better and all and then my plans for the evening completely fall through. Now I got absolutely nothin' going on tonight. I don't exactly revel being stuck back at Mom's house tonight while she's sick as a dog herself. And I wanted to see Wallace and Gromit too! Poopy.
Today was the fifth time someone came into the store and basically said: "Hi, I have a friend/family member/co-worker who's a huge comic fan and I wanted to buy a present for them. I say, "Ok, well, what do they like to read?" "Oh, I have no idea. I don't read comics." "Um, well, if they're 'huge' fans I don't know what to suggest because they might already have it." And the other person generally shrugs and gets that blank dog look. And so invariably anything I could give them the other person will already have so they come back looking for refunds. Gahhhrrhrhrh.
