The Hefner Monologues! LIVE! maybe!

Next Wednesday I will be heading back to DCAC for an open mic night called "The Batcave," which is welcome to poets, comics, ranters, and storytellers of any stripe to go up and share. You know what this means. I think I'm gonna go and perform "My Grandfather's Last Words."

Since I don't have work today... or tomorrow... or anytime till Sunday, jesus I need more work, I'll probably spend today giving the story a good editing and revision. I'll be getting out of work next Wednesday extra early so I can get to DCAC in time to sign up.

If anyone wants to see me perform and/or be there for moral support, it's next Wednesday at 7:30-9:30 at DCAC and totally free admission. Kinda wish it was, like, an actual bar, but what're you gonna do, right?

i just read it for the 1st time--great stuff, hefstar. best of luck performing it. as for coming, ty's company xmas party is that night so we can't be there, but we wish you the best!

Hey, Break a lot of legs, man! I'm quite disappointed that I can't make it Wednesday. I have my final the next day and though it be in History, a Realm that I am a Master in, I can't take it for granted when I want an 'A' on my Final. I'll be studying.
