Ok. Last night's new episode of JUSTICE LEAGUE rocked. Y'know, if this show weren't animated, it would be as popular as LOST or anything Joss Whedon could toss out. This show is so damn well-written, performed, and just plain fun.

This show shouldn't be getting canceled. This show deserves Browncoats over its own, damn it! It really is just that good. Every moment with Mark Hamill as the Trickster was gold (see icon). And the dialog: "Oh, this one-at-a-time stuff isn't working. Let's just all jump him at once." Just pure happy.





I love. Love. LOVE Captain Boomerang. And I have the muttonchops now too! I don't know where I'm gonna get that blue coat, but I definitely need it.





Yes. I am so totally gonna be dressing as Mister Digger Harkness come Halloween. And you bet I'll be sporting a bad Australian accent all day.

I am finally, finally nearing a satisfactory completed new Hefner Monologue. Be warned, this is going to be a long one. But it will also be the most challenging, ambitious one I've yet written. And therefore your input will be very, very much appreciated, if you can offer it. I'll probably offer a similar disclaimer when I post it either tomorrow or the day after.

Man, I certainly picked the wrong time to start watching that show. Toon!Wally is so adorably cute, and the whole scene with him and depressed Trickster was great.

To be fair, I didn't know when the show was on. I didn't even know it was on cartoon network until someone mentioned it in a scans_daily post. Way to pull a Fox guys. -_-

Hopefully they'll release the series on dvd by season like they did with B:TAS. Then a bunch of fans will buy them and pull a Firefly and the show will come back and run through 2007 so we can have toon!Ted and he and Booster can have their own episodes and it will be wonderful the end.

In the mean time I guess I'll be trying to download eps. Someone on my friends list gave me the Booster episode though, which was made of win and awesome. :D

I have a midnight blue coat now that I can use in a pinch, but it's kinda nice and I wouldn't wanna modify it. If you can find something comparable to these pics (something I can cut slits to hold boomerangs in, of course!) it would be much, much appreciated.

*singsong* You could dress up as Golden Glider...

Also, if you can find any other such items (white scarf, black fingerless leather gloves, something to wear under the coat that looks like a darker blue vest or something) that too would be awesome, but yeah, it's the coat first and foremost! Thankily dank!
