thehefnerThis is so fucking sweet. Penguin has started a new Penguin Classics Deluxe Editions line featuring new covers by notable cartoonists. Take a look at these covers:
The word is that Pynchon's specifically requested Frank Miller. Very cool.
Our store has this as a poster, where the lettering is more visible. It's so cool.
That is so gorgeous.
I have always loved Auster, now I have the perfect excuse to buy this.

I love this guy's work. His art for the excerpt of Stephen King's CELL that ran in Entertainment Weekly was awesome.
I may have to buy several of these. This is so bloody cool.
