I have just discovered what may be the greatest contest I have EVAH seen:

Hmm. What could I do to make my clip stand out? Play all the parts myself, ala my stil-unfilmed one-man KING KONG trailer (tazira knows what I'm talking about)? Use sock puppets to play the other roles?

Since half of LJ readership doesn't seem to be around on weekends, I'll post this again during the week. I totally wanna do this. Deadline is July 2nd!

Oh, that's totally worth a fucking shot. Screw the casting agent part, I'm all about free electronic toys! ;) Sertiously, if you need a second, I'd be willing. Might have to see the movie first, of course.

Sweet! Huzzah! Ok, well, I'm gonna buy the DVD as soon as possible, but in the meantime, you can (and should!) watch the four clips on the website to see which one strikes your fancy! I'm leaning toward the lake scene, but it'd be best if it actually featured us crawling out of a lake. Or maybe a kiddie pool.

Does it have capabilities that it can be plugged into, say, my mac for editing purposes? Cuz that's what I think I need. I may have a neighbor who has that... dunno where else I'm gonna find one!
