Trailer for HOLLYWOODLAND, formerly known by the much better title TRUTH, JUSTICE, AND THE AMERICAN WAY. It's like LA CONFIDENTIAL, but with Adrian Brody investigating the death of Superman. George Reeves, that is. I know many of you will wince at hearing that Reeves is played by Ben Affleck, but based on this trailer, he looks pretty damn good. If only WB would have let them actually use the Superman S-sheld symbol. Plus, it has Bob Hoskins probably being awesome and usual.

EDIT: Aintitcool.com just announced that they WILL be using the classic Superman costume, S-shield and all, for both his black and white costume and his technicolor costume! WOO! Man oh man, I just have to wonder what kind of awesome Superman LJ icons I'll be able to make from that!

A brilliant flash animation of Doctor Doom summoning up alternate versions of himself to defeat the Fantastic Four. Featuring Pia Guerra, artist of Y- THE LAST MAN as Jessica Alba. Utter, utter delightful brilliance from the man who brought us Marvel Villains Assemble, among other wonderful cartoons.

Much Richards-cursing abounds. Well, they say "Blast you, Richards," but still, the principle is the same. Stupid Richards. Thinks he's so big.

Ooh. Hollywoodland does indeed look promising. It is a shame WB is being all proprietary over the S. Affleck's chest just looks kind of blank.
