I almost never wear T-shirts anymore. Maybe it's some leftover brainwashing from the years of Mom trying to turn me gay, but I've worn metrosexual button-up shirts way more often than my old Green Lantern and Evil Dead shirts. She did her best to drill into me the idea that T-shirts are worn only by slobbish geeks that I really haven't worn anything with a screen-print logo since. Not even the often great designs on threadless.com were persuasive enough the change that stance.

But I have to say, this site (provided by Bloo) and this site (whom I discovered at Horrorfind 2006) are strongly, strongly tempting me to stock up my wardrobe.

Damn those french-cuffed Sri Lankan shirts! I want my closet filled with the ED-209, Tyrell Corporation, Sawyer Family BBQ and Chili (Best Meat in Texas!), and America Research Station Outpost # 31!

Also, while I don't necessarily, personally recommend clicking this link... if you're interested, I think I now know what my own personal Hell would be.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

I am never shopping anywhere else. Ok, maybe if I need pants. But damn. We're so gonna show up wearing the same shirt somewhere.

Psh. You don't need pants. In fact, you're better off without them. Well, I am, anyway.

That's a testimonial for their website: "Your shirts are so great, I don't need pants!"

I really meant that to go either way. NEITHER you nor I require pants!

Really, that's a fantasy of mine I'm making up just now: a sexy girl in my room, wearing nothing but an OCP Corporation shirt.

And now I'm remembering last Sunday when I serenaded [livejournal.com profile] little_dinosaur with my one-man version of the TERMINATOR theme.

WOE.

The first site has no shirts in XXL, which means I cannot have.

WOE.

Those are awesome. Things like this make me wish wearing T-shirts with slogans printed right across the chest was not such an awful idea (in my case).
You could always wear one of those with a button-up shirt over it, in the style of Kumar. Though if you do that you might also want to roll the sleeves a couple of times to conceal the French cuffs (and because it just plain looks good when guys do that).

As I recall, though, I had pants on at the time.

Hmm, mayhaps I'll give it a try. Still, times like this, I really do wish I had a Jeeves to dress me (but a Jeeves with an offbeat fashion sense... I don't know if he'd quite "get" the $3 blue suit and bowler derby).

Not in my memory.

Of course, in my memory, I also have a six pack and a cheesesteak, standing over a pile of my fallen enemies, and then you, me, and Bub hit Vegas on your father's money.

I like my memory. It's a happy places of sweet, sweet lies.

Okay, I wear almost nothing but T-shirts, and I happen to *like* them. Also, I think I need to get the S-Mart shirt and the Little Lebowski Uraban Achievers shirt.
