I'm as perplexed as you are regarding DC's movie plan. While I would've preferred the individual flicks get made first to build up to JLA, at least JL has given those franchises which we all assumed to be dead in the water new life.
Of all the stories, there are better then OMAC, even that though, you could work it as part of Cadmus or Checkmate without involving Max. It seems kind of unnecessary. Also unnecessary is working in Talia since this isn't tied to Nolan's film series..it makes no sense!
