I was gonna say, man, I can see why you moved to Montreal, except that Montreal was the only city that I've found even MORE exhausting than Vancouver! But then, the party-centric nature of their Fringe does that.
AND YES, HENCHGIRL FIRMLY INSISTED WE GET SUSHI AND WE DID INDEED GO TO THE PLACE YOU TOLD US ABOUT. I still don't care for it enough to get it on a regular basis, but it was quite good nonetheless. Know that Henchgirl was in heaven, she adored it. Except the eel, theirs was off that day. She's still determined to get me to try good unagi at some point, which I shall do.
Eh, some douchebag with a blog (said the douchebag with a blog). I actually remembered him in my audience. He definitely had a certain greasy creep vibe similar to that in some "friends" I've known. Whatever, the point is that he's apparently not of a worthwhile publication. The weakest review I've gotten before that was from the Georgia Straight, and even THAT was rather positive.
