Geeeek

Yeah, but where the hell's Wedge?!

Seriously, though, it does me young heart good to see Harrison alongside Hamill, and that Billy Dee is still one smooth motherfucker (my God, it has both Sam Jackson and Billy Dee! Smoothness overload!) And is it just me, or does Yoda look a little pissed to be sitting on Lucas' lap?

Now, if we could just edit out Jar Jar and photoshop his ass with Alec Guinness, we'd be in business.

UPDATE: Well, apparently photobucket's gonna be a whiny little bitch. So in case it doesn't get re-posted, rest assured, it rules. Y'all can check out the actual cover soon enough, I'm sure. Besides, I realized it was also lacking Darth Maul, Boba Fett, Jabba, and Jeb Porkins, so it's HARDLY as comprehensive. Seriously, no Fett? WTF, mate?

Wedge Antillies was, in A NEW HOPE, one of the X-Wing pilots who flew with Luke on the Death Star run. He also was seen in the AT-AT battle on Endor in EMPIRE. In JEDI, he was made leader of the X-Wing squadron and delivered the destroying blast to the Death Star. He's the main character in Dark Horse's "X-Wing: Rogue Squadron" comics. He's like Boba Fett, basically: a minor supporting character who is kinda cool.

And I dunno if I've said this before, but if I didn't love the Star Wars movies, I'd hate them. They were burned into my brain as a kid and I still love 'em, even if they are kinda lame. That said, I'm really surprised, man, you're an old-school geek! How could you not be suckered into all this like the rest of us? And what about Empire? That's generally considered by geeks to be one of the top five films of all time (I haven't seen it in years, so I couldn't say, but I will have to check it out on DVD sometime).
