I'm not of the circumstances. Shadowcap's been covering it, maybe the links he offers will tell you, but I couldn't find any there. I've heard a couple rumblings- bad business practices, according to the gloating 98 Rock deejays, dropping ratings. All in all, though, I couldn't say. All I know is that I turned it on today at 1:00pm to hear latino easy listening at 99.1 El Zol.
