An e-mail from Gordon
Apr. 14th, 2005 02:37 amI don't know how many of you know Gordon, my step-father. He and Ma were in Italy for the past couple weeks, and last week they sent me an e-mail, asking me to run some errands for them. Ma wrote the first part, and Gordon wrote the second:
"Dear John Hefner
Roberta forgot to tell you how kind, thoughtful and helpful I have, as usual, been. You know, the usual lies.
Would you call my nephew Kai and tell him to water my plants - be firm and masterful as in playing Henry 5.
Gordon"
Have I mentioned lately how much I love this man?
