IT'S DRAMA, PEOPLE! um, but funny...

THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR
By William Shakesomethingorother
Directed by Joshua Engel
January 20, 21, 27, and 28, 2006
Personally, this is my very favorite Shakespeare comedy. None of that angsty romantic tosh or fruity fairies or... um... bears! It's a pure beautiful farce about a fat guy trying to get laid! Oh and some other stuff happens too... and no, I am not the fat guy (someday, though... oh someday...) Watch as I somehow combine Bob Newhart, Gene Wilder, and my ex-girlfriend into variation on my patented John Hefner "Love Lorn Idiot" achetype! And cringe, cringe in horror at our 70's-tastic set and costumes (except mine... they let me wear my usual clothes! Probably because they think I'm so fashionable!)
fishymcb, can I count on you to come see it and post another one of your venerable pimpings?
