I told Kristen the Hefner Monologue about my grandfather. She didn't laugh at the punchline. She thought the whole thing was too sad. I hope this isn't a red flag or anything, he thought half-whimsically.

Why would anyone have the toilet paper feed under the roll? It just makes no sense. And for that matter, why do the majority of people in retail hand back change with the coins on top of the dollar bills? I have made it a point to hand the customer back the change first, then the bills. Why would anyone do it with the coins on top, where they can so easily slide off and scatter?

And what is the deal with intrgrated bumpers? They kind of totally defeat the purpose of bumpers as protection of the car. Now my bumper has a huge ass dent in it that it wouldn't have if it had been a regular old rubber bumper.

It makes me very sad to see that Gwen Stefani has gone from being an indie ska queen to a hip-pop label whore Madonna wannabe. Sure, her new stuff may be catchy, but just because something like Titanic can get an emotional reaction out of me, it doesn't make it good.

Who here can remember Professor Bob Day's mantra on what's good? It may come in handy again.

Christopher Walken is running for president. Really. http://www.walken2008.com/index.html. It helps to read his platform aloud in Walken voice.

Because they think it looks neater to have it hang along the wall rather than out in space. But they're wrong.

I'm still wondering if the Walken2008 thing is a hoax.

Or because that's the way it was facing when they put the roll on, and they don't think it's important enough to take it back off the thingie, turn it around, and put it back on.

I know you're thinking "Well just take a moment to see which way the paper is facing before you put it on!" but sometimes the first square on the roll is all bunched, and it LOOKS to be facing one way, but it's actually facing the other. And honestly I'd rather spend two minutes typing about how I'm too lazy to then fix it, than take a minute to fix it.

If it's not it's a very bad way to run for President.

But if it's a joke it's not all that funny.

If? Good god man, did you read the FAQ? It has to be a joke... I'd find it funnier if they weren't so busy trying to convince people it was serious. It looks like the work of someone young - i dunno, let's say 15/16 - with not alot of friends and therefore lots of free time and enough computer know-how to put together an aesthetically plausible website. Someone who hasn't quite mastered the art of satire, but knows that random things about certain specific B-celebrities are usually funny (ala Conan O'Brien's Walker Texas Ranger Clips and the Random Facts about Vin Diesel Website)

If it isn't a joke after all, then whoever is in charge of his campaign is a total fuckwit.

I hate Gwen's new image, and all her solo work. She is absolutely nothing without No Doubt...
