The superhero parodies by Matt Gardner never fail to make me happy. Even on a day like this. His X-Men cartoons have been little bits of brilliant, as was this:
Marvel Villains Assemble!
It has to be seen to be believed.
DOC OCK: According to a recent opinion poll, most people think that we... LOOK SILLY!
LOKI: What?
LEADER: Unheard of!
STILT-MAN: That's absolutely preposterous!
(and the magazine Ock reads from has Doom on the cover. And in teeny tiny print, it reads, "That Bastard Richards." Eehhehehehehehehee.)
Even if you've never picked up a marvel comic, there are certainly worse ways to kill a few hours fending off the cold.
And for the Star Wars fans: "Expendable Sith." Because it just makes sense.
