The superhero parodies by Matt Gardner never fail to make me happy. Even on a day like this. His X-Men cartoons have been little bits of brilliant, as was this:

Marvel Villains Assemble!

It has to be seen to be believed.

DOC OCK: According to a recent opinion poll, most people think that we... LOOK SILLY!
LOKI: What?
LEADER: Unheard of!
STILT-MAN: That's absolutely preposterous!

(and the magazine Ock reads from has Doom on the cover. And in teeny tiny print, it reads, "That Bastard Richards." Eehhehehehehehehee.)

Even if you've never picked up a marvel comic, there are certainly worse ways to kill a few hours fending off the cold.

And for the Star Wars fans: "Expendable Sith." Because it just makes sense.

I nearly pissed myself with expendable sith. Villians assemble was funny but needed a snappier ending. Still funny though.

If you get a chance, check out some of Matt's other superhero stuff by clicking the list at the bottom of either page.

His endings are almost always weak, except for "X-Men: Revisiting Profit."

Okay, now I have watched them all. These bastards really need to get some good equipment and get a hold of Cartoon Network or something. They have some great shit in there. Trek Trek was particularly well done. Oh well. The great ones are all to often ignored....

*stares in mirror one tear falls*

*has a fit of giggles*

So that's where your icon comes from!

I love those cartoons, has he done the death of Beetle one yet?
