A Christmas present for VENTURE BROTHERS fans: The Monarch's henchmen visit their boss in jail. Click either of the pictures at the bottom to open the quicktime audio file of the sketch. Now I have the song stuck in my head, along with the wonderful awfulness of the Monarch's singing voice. Plus, it shouldn't be surprising that I love the line, "No, no, I don't care! Go right ahead, I'm over her! Talk about whatever you want, I'm completely over it. Why would I care if you two *traitors* went to her place and drank... egg nog on the couch where she screws her new boyfriend?!" "Golly, harsh!"
I was about to rant about NPR's Diane Ream's interview with a comic expert and how she just totally drives me coo-coo bananas, but the Monarch and the henchmen have soothed my grumpy geek heart.
