Hey hey, you were wondering why you hadn't heard about this. There's virtually no news of it out there as far as I can tell. Here's the IMDB page info for the show "Deadwood":

It's a new HBO TV series (always a good thing unless it stars Robert Whul), a western, I think, starring... wait for it... Brad Dourif, Keith Carradine (as Wild Bill Hickok!), and Jeffery Jones.

For me, westerns are like musicals. They can be such utter crap, but when they're good... oh, when they're good. Fingers are crossed for much Dourif, Carradine, and Jonesey goodness.
