Well, now that I'm doing this new play, I don't think I'll be able to make it to the big horror convention in New Jersey this May to meet George Romero and ask for his blessing for BUB AND JOHNNY GO. Poop.

Thankfully, George will also be appearing at a convention here in Maryland this August. Which might be for the best, as by then I should have quite a few more pages ready to show to him than I would a month from now. Still, I just bloody hate waiting.

But unless we get a night of rest off before our first performance, I also won't be able to make it to see Loudon Wainwright III in concert. Man, that would suck.

Ok, back to soul-crushing inventory. Because we simply have to know how many copies of X-23 we have in stock. Ah, X-23:When you want to combine your twin loves of Wolverine and pedophilia.

I didn't even know we had a horror convention in NJ. Looks fun and has a buttload of awesome guests like LANCE HENRIKSEN,BILL MOSELEY,LLOYD KAUFMAN, JEFFREY COMBS and the wreslter KANE(I guess cause his character is dark and evil?). Thing is I find the fans at any kind of convention far more scary then any amount of special guests they will have there.

I heard of this X-23 thing then got around to watching all of X-men: Evo to find out thats where she came from and the writers of that brought her over to the comics. So she is like Harley Quinn but less enjoyable, for me anyway, Harley Quinn is a psychotic hottie.

Actually, Glen Jacobs, aka KANE, is starring in the new horror film "See No Evil". It's in theatres May 19, same as the Da Vinci code movie(heh). Kane plays Jacob Goodnight, a demented hotel caretaker or something. But the important thing is, he takes people's eyes. Hahahaha. I'm so ridiculously intrigued by what is sure to be an A-1 crapfest.

Intriguing. He scares me more with the mask off...oh god I hope he never reads this. So him as a psychopath and horror villian is something I can see ,however I'm hoping there is some kind of decent plot and actors in it. I'm not sure he can pilot a movie by himself since the most I remember him for is staring at people and choke-slamming them.

Yeah, but in my opinion they killed her when they tried to transfer her to comics. She just isn't the same without the innocence and the voice. Turning her into a savvy leading character was so lame. IMO, of course.

we're talking about x-23 i'm assuming? i read something like three issues of new x-men, i think it was, which had x-23. wolverine told her essentially not to go killing anyone and then introduced her to the group like, 'hey this is my clone, she's a girl, be nice' and then she just kinda stood around in the back for the other issues i read being all gothy and everyone was making fun of her.
