Anyone have any suggestions where the best place would be to go for concert tickets? Ticketmaster? Maybe craigslist or ebay?

I'll take pretty much any seat; cheap is what matters, it should go without saying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinkin' about gettin' a last minute ticket to see Depeche Mode at Nissan Pavillion this Sunday. I caught them seven years ago when they toured with Stabbing Westward (a band I'm ashamed to say I loved in high school, who still provide a bit of guility whiny emo pleasure today) and they put on an absolutely awesome show.

Anyone have their latest album? I'm thinking of getting it; I should if I'm gonna see 'em. that new single "Precious" is truly excellent.

And as this is Nissan Pavillion, that means a couple hours of fun in stand-still traffic in the parking lot. Hey spacechild, will you be doing a carpool in which I might join in? We can pass the hours with comic geekery and the like.

Holly and i were thinking one of 2 things.

either you drive all 3 of us and we toss you some gas loot, or you join us in the car. Holly and i are going down south to see her folks the next day, so the spared wear and tear on her car might be good.

either way, we will have a cooler of beer and food in the trunk for the wait in the lot. it'll be fun.

i'll try to remember to bring all of your stuff.

Okeedoke, I have just bought one general admission ticket... it'll be waiting for me at will call.

As long as you folks help pay for gas as you offer, then aye, I'd be happy to do the driving. Unless of course it'd be easier if Holly drove. Sparing wear and tear on my own car would be nice too.

But if I'm to get you, sure, I'll be able to come get you at your place. Y'all just gotta direct me to where the hell we're going, as I haven't been there in ten years.

Okeedoke, Holly and I have conferred and we'll be taking *my* car. Which means I'll pick you up from your place first, yes? What time? I think the earlier the better, so we can possibly maybe have the better (har har) chance of getting out sooner.
