The AFI Silver theatre in Silver Spring will, for one week only, be showing a NEW 35mm print of my favorite Werner Herzog/Klaus Kinski movie, perhaps even one of my favorite films of all time, AGUIRRE, WRATH OF GOD. One week only, starting this Friday. Holy crap, this is so awesome, it must be my birthday. Hey, wait. It IS!

Which reminds me, I'm taking forever to sit my ass down and finally compile the Evite list for my party. So until I do, this is a reminder:

I'm throwing a birthday party at my place on April Fool's Eve, that's March 31st. Mark your calenders now if you're a-comin'!

I would, but Saturday I'm hoping to see it with my Mother, who's never seen it before. So, yeah.

I'm still tickled you dug that film. You should see their version of NOSFERATU at some point. Kinski hardly needed makeup!
