thehefnerThere's going to be a special screening of HOT FUZZ with a subsequent Q & A with the "creators" afterwards, by which they subsequently mean Simon Pegg and/or Edgar Wright. At the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse, which means there will also be food and beer. And as I didn't know about this until five minutes ago, I'm stuck at work. Even if it's not sold out, I'm frelled. FUUUUUUUCK.
Hopefully, this won't color my opinion of the already-over-hyped THE PILLOWMAN when I see it at Studio tonight. I really, truly, madly, deeply hope it is that good, so as to make me not regret the fact that I'm missing what promises to be one of my top five favorite films of 2007, as well as meeting a couple of my geek folk heroes.
