If you click the link, you can see the original version of the Lecter one. I think Roy digitally added the second glint in my eye, and I have to say, I prefer it with just one glint! It was more disturbing that way.

Yeah, if you click the link, you'll see a bunch of close-ups; Roy took those with the idea being they could be my CD cover. But yeah, those'd make great book covers too! I'm tempted to even include them in my cover letter to the literary agent, but don't worry, I'm not gonna do it.

Tell K__ to thank Roy; the guy does absolutely amazing work. He can take "cute" and turn it to "hawt!!!!!!!!" like nobody's business.

that said, I actually prefer the stylin' of you in your natty suit and rocking hat. but none of those pictures are quite as instantly iconic.

I've had a huge crush on Roy Cox's work for the past few years he's been doing work for my friend cavenessity and was looking for an excuse to have a shoot with him, but could never sum up the guts to spend $300-$500 just for my own vanity. But now I had an excuse! Yay!!

That's one thing I wish I'd done more of during the shoot. There aren't nearly enough of me looking happy, manic, fun, whatever. Next time. And there WILL be a next time. The Johnny Go pictures alone will be great.

Actually, that's the one regret I have about the pics. My eyes are actually a brilliant shade of ice blue, but I think Roy photoshopped down the color of my eyes to the tone of the pictures. But again, next time. If anyone needs his blue eyes shown, it's Johnny Go.

I definitely didn't realize that the little Hef black thing in the first two photos was a book. I thought it was some sort of cologne made out of essence of you and rose petals, which made the first picture even funnier. :o) I prefer the second one, though. It's sexier.

Good picks. That first one is so that look puppies get when you've caught them doing something fun but not allowed. Not remorseful, exactly. Just busted. And getting right back to it as soon as you turn around!
