... well, we got the new shipment of comics for tomorrow. All I'm gonna say is that between FLASH and JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA, scans_daily is gonna burst into yet another minor fit.

Times like this I need a new NEEEEEEERDS! icon. Really, I just need, like, ten variations of this Donald Sutherland icon, one for "NEEEEEEERDS!" another for "J'ACCUSE!" another for "UNCLEAN!", and so on.

I loved Wally West as the Flash, Bart not at all. I was thinking about buying this issue
based on your comments I wont....maybe!

I loved Bart as Impulse, when he was written by Mark Waid and Peter David, but then Geoff Johns made him yet another sullen, humorless, angsty teen when he became Kid Flash. If only people kept the fun and joy of that original character, his Flash might have been something really worthwhile. Bart got a raw deal.

As for suggestions (which I love to give!), first of all, I'll say ANNIHILATION was perhaps the best crossover "event" I've ever read, blowing CIVIL WAR and CRISIS out of the water on all fronts.

Secondly, I'm always always always pimpimg EX MACHINA, MAX PUNISHER, INVINCIBLE (best superhero book coming out today, hands-down), and THE WALKING DEAD. Those are so very much worth your pennies. I'm also digging Johns' GREEN LANTERN and Gibbons' GREEN LANTERN CORPS a great deal, and now's the perfect time to check them out with THE SINESTRO CORPS starting up.
