October 21st deadline. So that changes things a wee bit, but we can make it work, yes? We just need to find an appropriate setting and someone with a good camera.

If I'm concerned about anything, anything at all, it's the make-up. That's the one real wild card factor here. But otherwise, I'm super-excited.

Dude, this is going to be awesome. I have about 90% of my stuff together at this point...frankly, if we are just sending in PICTURES, and it's not a live contest, then I have everything I need to work with.

Give me a date ya wanna do this. It's a good dress rehersal for your party anyway, second generation costumes are always better. :)

Saturday the 20th could be great, because I dare say I'm free, and if you are too, we could have a whole day to prepare for this, get the makeup right, and everything.

And hey, also some Saturday or Sunday (not these ones, obviously), we should totally make a day of going to the costume shop and whatnot, like I said. You free next Saturday? We should go before they rush totally hits.

And make sure we have a photographer with a good camera, plus a good setting. A nice mirror would be a good background for one, methinks.

Know any place I can get a decent fake .22 pistol? I bought a cheapo cap gun which will work in a pinch.
