SPAMALOT s'planning...
Feb. 22nd, 2005 05:16 pmOkay. Spring break is the week after my birthday, March 6th-12th. As a present to myself, I think somewhere in this week will the the time to trek to NYC to see SPAMALOT.
I think a weekday would be ideal, considering I'm sure the demand for the tickets are gonna be up there. They're in previews currently, I think. How hard is it to get tickets for it in that case, I wonder? Now, I could go alone and crash with
2sick2pray, which is always fun. Or I could drive/bus it up with a few friends, Rudes and/or WAC peeps. Of course, if it's Rudes, it'd have to be a weekend, since they have jobs. Hmm. Or maybe I could persuade Gordon and/or my Mother. Ooh, that could be best.
I need to settle on one option and soon. I don't know how much time I have left. Because, yes, Monty Python directed by Mike Nichols and starring Tim Curry, Hank Azaria, and David Hyde Pierce must needs be seen.
Anyone having any interest/ideas in this potentially brilliant plan, please feel free to chime in. Otherwise I'll just do it solo. It'll be less stress, and there wouldn't be that horrid possibility of everyone not being able to make it in to see the show, but on the other hand I don't want to see SPAMALOT alone.

Date: 2005-02-22 11:45 pm (UTC)I'm not saying one couldn't get tickets still. Not even saying you yourself couldn't. But, uh, I'd say at this point it's likely a small group operation. Easier to get one, maybe two tickets instead of 3+.
I think there's a number/website to check into availability, but I don't recall which.
