Andrew Yanek (my co-star from "Blue Surge" and "Cuckoo's Nest") was seen today sporting a new mohawk. I didn't ask why, but it later occured to me this just might have something to do with the Yankees losing.
I looked at him and quipped, "Andrew Yanek: Beyond Thunderdome."
Only one person in the entire class got it.
Dear God. I kind of thought Mad Max was one of those generation-defying genre flicks, like Conan or Die Hard, where people'd get the references even if they hadn't seen the film. Apparently I was mistaken. Oh God, I feel OLD!
*is beaten to death by the Rudes... presumably with their canes and walkers...*
