Sick. Very, very sick. Bad flu. Sore all over. Nauseous. Headaches. Too hot and too cold at the same time. Wow this sucks.

So everyone who's been in contact with me as of recently, uh... sorry?

So much for closing my BB&T account today. Or cashing my paycheck. Or buying Dad groceries so he can have dinner tonight. Probably not going into work at the video store in the evening. Certainly not eating a delicious California Tortilla burrito. In fact, not much eating of anything. Maybe saltines, that's the only thing Mom could keep down. Yeah, she's just as sick and still at work.

But the plus side of this is... I'll probably lose some weight again and be all sexy for CLOSER! Hahahaow.

Hello daytime TV, my old arch-nemesis. How shall you torture me today? Oh, hey, PLANES, TRAINS, AND AUTOMOBILES is on. I guess the TV god (whose name probably rhymes with Mead Michards) has taken mercy on me today. Because nothing cheers me up like John Candy in a red devil costume, laughing maniacally.

Woo boy. Curse you, Michards.

Dude. Aquaman was on Smallville. And he was wearing green and orange. And he called Clark "Superboy." And suggested that they should form a club, the "Junior Lifeguards Association." Yes, it's corny, but fuck it, it's a comics reference. And he was even pretty badass, which is just what Arthur Curry, King of the Seven Seas, should be. Sweeeeet.

Could have lived without him calling himself "A.C." and constantly addressing Clark as "bro," but this is the WB, so what're you gonna do, right?

Also, James Marsters shows great promise as Brainiac. I can't get over how totally non-Spike he is, and it's glorious.

But I still not-so-secretly hope that by the end of the season he'll look like this.

Feeling a bit better, but my headache seems to have undergone a Pokemon-style evolution. Ow.
