Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you... the Dave Carlton action figure!

I was up till 2:00 last night. I couldn't sleep, my mind still unable to shut up about certain bothersome matters that shall still be bothersome to me for some time. So I ended up watching X-FILES. And yeah, while it was from the troublesome last season, I did want to finally see how the Lone Gunmen died. X-FILES really was brilliant for such a long time.

And for no good reason, I want to re-affirm my long-forgotten love of one Alex Krycek. One of the greatest King Bastards of all time.

So I shouldn't care what other people think of me, but I should also try to make myself better, the faults of which almost exclusively come to my attention because of what other people think of me. Anyone else kinda confused by this logic?

That might be the first good practical advice I've really heard so far, as opposed to the usual group therapy-style buzzwords.

Just, y'know, about the fourth time that some girl remarks on my "intensity" and yet cannot explain what it entails, it gets me wondering and neurotic... er...

Well, you're kind of like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde without the murderous rage and hideous disfigurations. Most of the time you're very chill and lots of fun to hang out with. And sometimes you're off-the-wall funny and hard to keep up with. And other times you're extremely down and you need lots of hugs and icecream. But whatever mood you're in or whatever you're doing, you never just go halfway. Personally, I find it refreshing that you don't tone yourself down for the sake of making other people more comfortable and I don't find the extremes to be off-putting. It's just part of Johnny Go.
