thehefnerI'm seeing a sneak preview of X-MEN: THE LAST STAND tonight. For the longest time, I genuinely truly did not want to like it. I have been following the troubled production of this film from the very beginning, and have been preparing myself with the lowest expectations possible. Which is to say, I'm expecting it to blow. Blow great big floppy donkey dick. If you've been following the movie's production as well, chances are you know why and agree.
That's not fair, of course. In the past couple days, I've shifted up to a more cautious approach. If I like it, I promise you, no amount of "not wanting to enjoy it" will keep me from realizing it was good. Preconceived notions have never overrun true quality when it comes to me.
I will of course post my review here either tonight or tomorrow, for those that are interested. One spoiler-free and one spoiler-heavy.

pondering_duck's idea that I should dress up as Wolverine and tape sporks to my knuckles. After all, I've already been Beast. I really do somehow need to photoshop my face and hands blue there.
