Just read JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA # 5. All I can say is, good for everyone's favorite albino swamp zombie hulk. After all this time, now, finally, Solomon Grundy have pants too.

Okay, clearly I've missed a lot.

...has anyone told Meltzer that robots don't get nosebleeds? Is Reddy not a robot any more?

Well that's the story, Reddy's been made human and his robot body has been taken over by someone else for sinister purposes of their own. It started in the first issue and has been the main plot so far. GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!! ;)

Well, now I'm torn. Because this means we might hear from Reddy's wife and adopted daughter, who I don't think have been so much as mentioned since Young Justice, but... that also means they're probably goinng to die. Crap.

No "might" about it. That's what the story's about! His wife and daughter are some of the most major characters in the storyline so far! And no, I doubt they are, because I don't think that's what this story is about.

But they're the heart of the story. Which is why some people are complaining that there's not enough actual "League" stuff.

Okay, I'm lost. Enlightenment, please?

Also, what issues of what do I have to buy to get the new Return of Hawkman storyline? The one that just started?

Click the first link, then click the second link!

Which Return of Hawkman? You mean the return of Carter Hall five, six years ago in JSA? Or the return of Carter today? He hasn't been seen since Crisis, but since he's on the cover of Justice Society of America # 1, he'll be showing up there very soon. But nothing's started yet!

Did you read the Klarion Seven Soldiers mini? That was an interesting use of the Grundy...concept I guess? Also in Starman too. I guess my comics reading has been weirdly Grundy-focused as of late.

I... can't bloody get into Seven Soldiers. What I *am* going to do eventually is read it all the way through when the final trade comes out. But I dunno, Morrison is lost on me 40% of the time. Maybe it's that none of the characters in Seven Soldiers seem... human? Like I couldn't care about any of them? I dunno. But I will give it a good sporting chance all the way through.

People have been bitching about smart-and-smart-dressed!Grundy being lame. I think these people have never read Starman. Because yeah, that Starman story made perfect sense considering the different versions of the character we've seen over the years.
