CLOSER is over, and now MERRY WIVES is in full swing. For those who don't know, it's set in the 70's, with all the fashions that entails. You know what this means, don't you?
The muttonchops are comin' back, baby.
Current Mood:quixotic
Current Music:"Merry Wives of Winsor," Calvin Smith
I dunno, I want to do the muttonchops without the long Hefner mop... I always hated that hair. It only really worked when I made a ponytail and looked like a colonial... or Sebastian Shaw of the Hellfire Club. I want to see if the burns can work with the shorter hair.
Fair enough. I believe the muttonchops are glorious enough to stand free and proud. I live vicariously through them, in fact. But now I've said too much.
Please feel free to share my sentiments with your ridiculously talented castmates. Do I have the distinction of being the audience member who traveled from farthest away to see the show? Sorry I didn't get to talk with you after the performance, but my friend who went to the show with me is still recovering from surgery and it was already late.
Anyway, thanks so much for an incredible performance!
Thank you so much! I will be certain it pass it onto them and link to your journal, if you don't mind!
I wish you'd come by and said hi afterwards! I was hoping to actually meet you! Sophist and I were wondering if you were gonna swing by. I do believe you have earned yourself that distinction, you should be proud!
When I'm in a better brain-set I will respond to your awesome review as well, but for now, thank you once again for your help and support and I do hope we can see one another again and actually, y'know, talk and stuff. We'll be doing Merry Wives of Winsor next (set in the 70's... be afraid, be very afraid)!

Date: 2005-11-21 06:44 pm (UTC)The music is a major key to this play. Along with the horrible clothes and the horrible set.
